'HASSLE-FREE' EXCHANGE POLICY
We understand that it can be difficult shopping online with sizes varying from different shops, which is why we offer a 'Hassle-Free' Exchange Policy.
Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order # and what you wish to exchange for, and we will happily exchange your item/s for another size, or something else in the store to the same value.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be placed back in the original packaging.
When shipping an item/s back to us, you will need to to purchase 2x pre-paid satchels, one to send the item back in, and the other for us to send the replacement back to you.
In the rare case you have received a defected item, please email us quoting your order number and provide a photo of the defect, and we will organise an replacement accordingly at no extra cost.
Our Refund policy lasts 14 days from the day you received your order, as per the Australian Post delivery confirmation.
If 14 days have gone by since your delivery was accepted, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To organise a refund, please email as at email@example.com with your order #, and we will contact you accordingly.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the item back to us.
When shipping an item/s back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, as the item/s remain your responsibility until they're received back at the warehouse.
We're not legally held responsible for any refunds to the customer due to ‘change of mind’, once the order has been placed and shipped.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
