'HASSLE-FREE' RETURN POLICY
We understand that it can be difficult shopping online with sizes varying from different shops, which is why we offer a 'Hassle-Free' Return Policy.
Simply email us at email@example.com quoting your order # and what you wish to exchange for, and we will happily exchange your item/s for another size, or something else in the store to the same value.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be placed back in the original packaging.
When shipping an item/s back to us, you will need to include an additional pre-paid satchel inside for us to able to send the item back to you.
In the rare case you have received a defected item, please email us quoting your order number and provide a photo of the defect, and we will organise an replacement accordingly at no extra cost.
Our Refund policy lasts 30 days from the day you purchased the order.
If 30 days have gone by since the purchase of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To organise a refund, please email as at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order #, and we will contact you accordingly.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the item back to us.
When shipping an item/s back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, as the item/s remain your responsibility until they're received back at the warehouse.
We're not legally held responsible for any refunds to the customer due to ‘change of mind’, once the order has been placed and shipped.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
